From Office to Casual Event — Gentri Lee Blog

This look is something I wore on a day when I was extremely tired, but needed to look somewhat put together. The shirt, while it gives off the look of being a nice and professional blouse, is actually so comfortable and slouchy fitting, that I don't feel confined like I would if it were an actual dress shirt. My shoes, while professional, are one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I own. And the jacket, while nice, was a great way to dress down the look when I went to a casual event later in the evening.

I loved how easy it was for me to transition from the office to an event in this outfit, without having to change, while also feeling comfortable and confident all day long, no matter how sleepy I was.
