Feeling Summer Ready with S.Pellegrino Essenza Flavored Mineral Waters

Where I live, the weather has finally warmed up, making it feel like Summer is officially on its way! But their other flavors are delicious and pair great with other meal options. The Tangerine & Wild Strawberry flavor is great with medium-flavored dishes such as sautéed vegetables or pastas. Fresh Summer Salad Ingredients:
2/3 cup Spinach
2/3 cup Arugula
1/2 Apple
2 Strawberries
2 tbsp Craisins

Dressing of choice
Directions: Combine your spinach and arugula then top with the fruit, nuts, and raisins. Drizzle 1 tbsp of your favorite dressing on top (I used poppyseed) and enjoy with your favorite S.Pellegrino Essenza.
