How to Stay Motivated Throughout the Year

With the start of the new year, I am sure we've all got some sort of goal, dream, or intention we're doing our best to focus on. But we all know that the hardest part is sticking with it and keeping our motivation on high.

The past few months, I have been working on some goals of my own, and have developed some habits that help keep me motivated, moving, and progressing, even when I don't feel like it. One of those habits is making sure I start each day with my favorite, protein smoothie, which I make using Silk Coconut Original Half Gallon from Walmart.
